Burdock Root Tea Concentrate (arctium lappa)

Burdock roots are the main ingredient with a touch of lemon.

Burdock is a biennial plant. It will usually make seed in it second year. In the early stage of growth before the plant makes seed, the long roots are harvested.

This concentrate may be used a hot tea, or added to soups, stews, or vegetable dishes for an enhanced flavor.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of concentrate to a cup of hot water. The concentrate dissolves quickly and without a long wait your tea is prepared.
