Wild cherries are the only ingredient in this tea concentrate.
Wild Cherry is small tart cherry that grows on 6- 20 foot bushes
on our farm as well as in many parts of Montana. Our cherries
ripen here in August and September to a dark red, purple, or black.
The indians considered these cherries as an important part of
their food supply and used them dried. Jams, jellies, and syrups
are often made with these wild cherries.
This fruit tea makes a delicious hot or iced tea. It also adds
a unique flavor to fruit desserts. Use 1/8 teaspoon to a cup of
hot water, let it dissolve, stir, and your tea is ready to serve.
